Our core method is slipform cement concrete paving. We use our own GOMACO GP-4000 paver and EUROMIX concrete batching plant, supported by our own transport fleet.
Terravia Constructions has more than 10 years of company history. Its current management team brings experience from seven projects, four at airfields.

The team’s experience includes four general contracts: Termez Airport, Tashkent runways No. 1 and No. 2, Andijan Airport and the A-380 highway section.
A defined scope within a larger contract, such as slipform cement concrete paving using our own GOMACO equipment.
The team’s experience includes three subcontracts: Tashkent-Vostochny airfield, road 4K785A with cement concrete pavement and the Tashkent Region tax office building.
For general contractors and consultants: slipform cement concrete paving with our own equipment, batching plant and transport fleet.

Loads spread downward through the layers. Drainage moves water away. The compacted subgrade supports the structure.

Loads move from the surface downward; construction proceeds from the subgrade upward. The design specifies each layer’s material and thickness. Each completed layer is inspected before the next is placed.

Takes aircraft wheel loads, weather exposure and engine blast, then transfers the loads downward.

Bulk cement is delivered in sealed tankers and pneumatically transferred to the batching plant silos.

Measures and mixes cement, aggregate, sand, water and admixtures to the project specification, then supplies concrete at the pace required by the paver.

Slipform concrete paving
Places cement concrete pavement in one pass, distributing and vibrating the mix while forming a slab to the specified width and thickness without fixed side forms.

After the paver
Follows the paver, texturing fresh concrete for wheel grip and applying a curing compound to reduce moisture loss.

Cutting joints in concrete
Cuts control joints into hardened cement concrete so shrinkage and temperature movement occur along planned lines.

Cuts joints during the required window after paving, before uncontrolled shrinkage cracks form.
